Repeal
9 The Amalgamation of Regional Health Authorities Regulation, 2012, Manitoba Regulation 63/2012, and the Regional Health Authorities Establishment Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 207/97, are repealed.
Abrogation
9 Le Règlement de 2012 sur la fusion d'offices régionaux de la santé, R.M. 63/2012, et le Règlement d'établissement des offices régionaux de la santé, R.M. 207/97, sont abrogés.
Coming into force
10 This regulation comes into force on the same day that section 79.2 of the Act, as enacted by section 74 of The Regional Health Authorities Amendment Act (Health System Governance and Accountability), S.M. 2021, c. 15, comes into force.
