The Planning Amendment Act (Improving Efficiency in Planning) (S.M. 2018, c. 14)

Loi modifiant la Loi sur l'aménagement du territoire (efficacité accrue), c. 14 des L.M. 2018

With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name November 1, 2019, as the day on which section 20 insofar as it enacts the definition "large-scale livestock operation" in section 118.1, clauses 118.2(1)(b) and (2)(b), subclause 118.4(1)(b)(ii) and clause 118.5(b) of The Planning Amendment Act (Improving Efficiency in Planning) (S.M. 2018, c. 14) comes into force.

Sur l'avis et avec le consentement du Conseil exécutif du Manitoba, nous fixons au 1^er novembre 2019 la date d'entrée en vigueur de l'article 20 dans la mesure où il édicte la définition d'« exploitation de bétail à grande échelle » figurant à l'article 118.1, les alinéas 118.2(1)b) et (2)b), le sous-alinéa 118.4(1)b)(ii) et l'alinéa 118.5b) de la Loi modifiant la Loi sur l'aménagement du territoire (efficacité accrue), c. 14 des L.M. 2018.
