Lands re-opened to prospecting
1 Under subsection 14(2) of The Mines and Minerals Act, the minister hereby re-opens for prospecting and for staking out and for lease
(a) all mineral rights, the property of the Crown, within the area of the lands described in Schedule A;
(b) all sand and gravel rights, the property of the Crown, within the area of the lands described in Schedule B;
(c) all mineral rights, that have been reserved to the Crown, to recover sand, gravel, gypsum, peat, clay, marl, granite, limestone, marble, sandstone, slate or any building stone within the area of the lands described in Schedule C;
(d) all mineral rights except those minerals contained in a "Quarrying Claim" within the area of the lands described in Schedule D;
(e) all minerals rights reserved to the Crown to recover amber, coal, potash and salt within the area of the lands described in Schedule E.

1 Conformément paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi sur les mines et les minéraux, le ministre rouvre à l'exploration, au jalonnement et à la location :

c) les droits relatifs aux minéraux qui ont été réservés à la Couronne dans les biens-fonds décrits à l'annexe C, en vue de l'extraction du sable, du gravier, du gypse, de la tourbe, de l'argile, de la marne, du granit, du calcaire, du marbre, du grès, de l'ardoise ou de toute pierre de construction s'y trouvant;
d) les droits relatifs aux minéraux, à l'exception des minéraux visés par un « claim d'exploitation de carrière » dans les biens-fonds décrits à l'annexe D;
e) les droits relatifs aux minéraux qui ont été réservés à la Couronne dans les bien-fonds décrits à l'annexe E en vue de l'extraction de l'ambre, du charbon, de la potasse et du sel.
