Definition
1 In this regulation, "Act" means The Highway Traffic Act.

Prescribed offences
2 For the purpose of section 273.6 of the Act, the contravention of a provision of the Criminal Code (Canada) listed in the Schedule is a prescribed offence.

Coming into force
3 This regulation comes into force on the same day that Part 2 of The Employment and Income Assistance Amendment and Highway Traffic Amendment Act, S.M. 2011, c. 39, comes into force.
