Designation of employers
1 Pursuant to subsection 76.2(1) of The Workers Compensation Act, the employers listed in the Schedule, and any subsidiaries of the employers, are designated as individually assessed employers.
Coming into force
2 This regulation comes into force on January 1, 1992 or on registration, whichever is later.
