Manitoba Regulation 174/99 amended

1 The Local Urban Districts Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 174/99, is amended by this regulation.

2 Schedule A is amended by this section.

2(2) Section 3 is replaced with the following:

3 In the RM of Hanover, all that portion of NW ¼ Section 26, Section 27, NE ¼ Section 28, S ½ Section 34 and SW ¼ Section 35, including Government Road Allowances, all in Township 7 Range 6 EPM contained within the limits of the Administrative Plan of the Local Urban District of Blumenort filed in the office of the Director of Surveys as No. 20689.

3 The table in Schedule B is amended by striking out the rows for the following items:

Coming into force

4 This regulation comes into force on January 1, 2024.
