This Regulation is made under the Manitoba Turkey Producers Marketing Plan Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 38/2004, and is Regulation No. 1, 2023 of the Manitoba Turkey Producers. |
Manitoba Regulation 172/2010 amended
1 The Turkey Penalty Levies Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 172/2010, is amended by this regulation.
2 Section 11.3 is amended
(a) in clause (a),
(i) by striking out "$0.50" and substituting "$0.26", and
(ii) by striking out "16.01%" and substituting "20.00%";
(b) by repealing clause (b); and
(c) in clause (c), by striking out "19.01%" and substituting "24.00%".
