Manitoba Regulation 63/2014 amended
1 The Licensing and Appeals Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 63/2014, is amended by this regulation.
2 Subsection 13(1) is amended by striking out "1.5%" and substituting "1%".
3 Clause 16.3(c) is replaced with the following:
(c.1) racing participant licence (race horse owner)
(if own 5% or more of any horse)
$100,
(if own less than 5% of any horse)
$25;
Coming into force
4 This regulation comes into force on April 1, 2023.
