Form for the notice of administrative penalty
1 A notice of administrative penalty issued under section 15.1 The Fires Prevention and Emergency Response Act must be in Form 1 of the Schedule.

Administrative penalty amounts
2 The amount of an administrative penalty is as follows:
(b) second or subsequentcontravention
