Fees
1 The fees prescribed in this regulation shall be paid to the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs for services under The Manitoba Evidence Act.

2 The fees are as follows:
(b) commissioner for oaths, taken outside the Province of Manitoba for use therein, fee for appointment:

(c) notary public, fee for appointment with expiration:

(d) notary public, fee for appointment without expiration:

(e) commissioner for oaths, fee for renewal of appointment:
$25.00
(f) notary public, fee for renewal of appointment:

(g) certificate as to the appointment of a notary public, commissioner for oaths, and other similar appointments made under any other statute:

(h) fee for duplicate copy of commission as a commissioner for oaths, notary public, or any other similar commission issued under any other statute:
