Definitions

1 The following definitions apply in this regulation.

"reliability standard" means a reliability standard as defined in The Manitoba Hydro Act. (« normes de fiabilité »)

"standards body" means a standards body as defined in The Manitoba Hydro Act. (« organisme des normes »)

« normes de fiabilité » S'entend au sens de la Loi sur l'Hydro-Manitoba. ("reliability standard")

« organisme des normes » S'entend au sens de la Loi sur l'Hydro-Manitoba. ("standards body")

Exemption

2 The Regulatory Accountability Act does not apply to a regulation made under section 15.0.1 of The Manitoba Hydro Act if the regulation adopts a reliability standard made or recommended by a standards body.
