Types of portable scales

1   For the purposes of subsection 72(2) of The Highway Traffic Act the following types of portable scales are approved for use:

(a) "Portable Wheel-Load Weigher, Models M.D. 400 and 500", manufactured by General Electrodynamics Corporation;

(b) "WSA10,000 – 10", manufactured by West Weigh Scale Company Incorporated;

(c) to (h) repealed, M.R. 12/2000;

(i) "FT4015122" manufactured by Howe-Richardson Inc;

(j) the following devices manufactured by HAENNI Instruments Inc.:

(i) Wheel Load Scale WL 101 (mechanical),

(ii) Wheel Load Scale WL 104 (electronic).

Types de bascules amovibles

1   Pour l'application du paragraphe 72(2) du Code de la route, il est permis d'utiliser les bascules amovibles suivantes :

a) « Portable Wheel-Load Weigher, Models M.D. 400 and 500 », fabriqués par la General Electrodynamics Corporation;

b) « WSA10,000 – 10 », fabriqué par West Weigh Scale Company Incorporated;

c) à h) abrogés, R.M. 12/2000;

i) « FT4015122 » fabriqué par Howe-Richardson Inc;

j) les dispositifs qui suivent fabriqués par HAENNI Instruments Inc. :

(i) « Wheel Load Scale WL 101 (mechanical) »,

(ii) « Wheel Load Scale WL 104 (electronic) ».
