This note was written as a reader's aid to the Bill and is not part of the law.
This Bill amends The Court of King's Bench Act to change the designation of the judicial officials appointed under Division 2 of Part IV of the Act from "master" to "associate judge". Consequential amendments are made to a number of other statutes.
