HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. A70 amended


The Amusements Act is amended by this Act.


Section 1 is amended by repealing the definition "film" and substituting the following:

"film" means cinematographic film, pre-recorded videotape, pre-recorded digital video disc and any other medium from which moving visual images may be produced; (« film »)

Coming into force


This Act comes into force on a day fixed by proclamation.
