The Bee-keepers Repeal Act

(Assented to June 24, 1992)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. B20 repealed

The Bee-Keepers Act, R.S.M. c. B20, is repealed.

Transfer of assets and liabilities

The assets and any obligations and liabilities of the Manitoba Bee-Keepers Association are transferred to the Manitoba Honey Marketing Board.

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
