Exempt railway

1 The Provincial Railways Act does not apply to the railway between the hydro-electric generating stations at Pointe du Bois and Slave Falls while it is operated exclusively by or for the benefit of Manitoba Hydro.

Exclusion

1 La Loi sur les chemins de fer provinciaux ne s'applique pas au chemin de fer situé entre les centrales hydroélectriques de Pointe du Bois et de Slave Falls s'il est utilisé exclusivement par Hydro-Manitoba ou pour son compte.
