Fees payable on all matters
1(1) The fees payable to the Public Utilities Board with respect to all matters within the jurisdiction of the Board including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, matters relating and incidental to a proceeding before the Board, shall be paid annually by each of the corporations and in the respective amounts, as indicated in subsection (2), in 12 equal installments on or about the 1st day of each month in each year during which this regulation is in force.

1(2) For purposes of subsection (1), the corporations to which this regulation applies and the fees payable by each of the corporations are as follows:

Fee payable by owners of water and sewer utilities
1.1(1) An owner of a public utility described in subsection (2) must pay to the Board a fee of $100. on or before December 31 of each year for all matters coming within the Board's jurisdiction in relation to the public utility during the period from January 1 to December 31 of that year.

1.1(2) Subsection (1) applies to owners of the following public utilities:
(a) a public utility for the production, transmission, delivery or furnishing of water that has a total of 25 or more residential connections, whether they are year-round or seasonal;
(b) a system of sewage collection or disposal
(i) that has a total of 25 or more residential connections, whether they are year-round or seasonal, and
(ii) that the Board declares to be a public utility under subsection 2(6) of The Public Utilities Board Act.
1.1(2) Le paragraphe (1) s'applique aux propriétaires des services publics suivants :
a) un service public qui sert à produire, à acheminer, à livrer ou à fournir de l'eau et auquel sont raccordées au moins 25 résidences pendant une partie ou la totalité de l'année;

1.1(3) Section 1 does not apply to a public utility described in subsection (2).

Repeal
2 Manitoba Regulation 94/93 is repealed.
