The Milk Control Board of Manitoba, being a marketing commission established pursuant to The Natural Products Marketing Act, pursuant to that Act and the Manitoba Milk and Dairy Products Marketing Plan (Manitoba Regulation No. 24/72) and with the approval of The Manitoba Marketing Board is pleased to make the annexed order establishing the maximum price at which 3-1 concentrated milk may be sold by a distributor to a consumer in Manitoba.
Order
1 In this Order,
(a) "Areas" means those areas designated by the Milk Control Board of Manitoba in Manitoba Regulation No. 22/64;
(b) "3-1 concentrated milk" means fluid milk with a portion of its water content removed by evaporation and which contains a minimum of 35% total solids of which not less than 9.75% is butterfat;
(c) "Distributor" means a person who distributes or sells or offers to distribute or sell milk or dairy products for consumption; processing, manufacture or resale, but does not include the Milk Control Board of Manitoba;
(d) "Northern Manitoba Area" has the same meaning as in Manitoba Regulation No. 22/64;
(e) other words used in this Order have the same meaning as in the Milk and Dairy Products Control Act.
2 The Board hereby fixes prices computed as hereinafter set out as the maximum price at which 3-1 concentrated milk may be sold in the areas herein referred to by a distributor to a consumer:
(a) in the Northern Manitoba area
(i) For 3-1 concentrated milk supplied from Winnipeg–51¢ per one-third quart plus actual transportation costs plus 12% retail mark up,
(ii) For 3-1 concentrated milk supplied from Thompson, Flin Flon or The Pas, 53¢ per one-third quart plus 12% mark up;
(b) in all other areas in Manitoba a price per quart equal to the maximum price per quart established by the Milk Control Board of Manitoba for sales of standard milk by a producer or distributor to a consumer.

3 This order shall come into force on the 1st day of February, 1974.
MANITOBA MILK CONTROL ORDER NO. 127 made and passed this 1st day of February, 1974, at the City of Winnipeg, in the Province of Manitoba, by the Milk Control Board of Manitoba.
