Manitoba Regulation 64/2007 amended
1 The Public Interest Disclosure (Whistleblower Protection) Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 64/2007, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 64/2007
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les divulgations faites dans l'intérêt public (protection des divulgateurs d'actes répréhensibles), R.M. 64/2007.
2 Subclause 2(1)(b)(i) is amended by striking out "vulnerable persons under The Vulnerable Persons Living with a Mental Disability Act" and substituting "adults living with an intellectual disability under The Adults Living with an Intellectual Disability Act".
2 Le sous-alinéa 2(1)b)(i) est modifié par substitution, à « personnes vulnérables visées par la Loi sur les personnes vulnérables ayant une déficience mentale », de « adultes ayant une déficience intellectuelle visés par la Loi sur les adultes ayant une déficience intellectuelle ».
3 The Schedule is amended
(a) under the heading "Health-related bodies", by striking out "Rehabilitation Centre for Children"; and
(b) under the heading "Other", by striking out "Manitoba Community Services Council, Inc.".
3 L'annexe est modifiée par suppression :
a) sous la rubrique « Organismes du secteur de la santé », de « Rehabilitation Centre for Children »;
b) sous la rubrique « Autres », de « Conseil manitobain des services communautaires Inc. ».
