1 The Lands Withdrawn from Prospecting Orders, Manitoba Regulation 340/87 R, is amended by this regulation.

1 Le présent règlement modifie les Arrêtés concernant les biens-fonds soustraits à l'exploration, R.M. 340/87 R.
2 Section 1 is amended by adding "and" at the end of clause (g) and adding the following after clause (g):
(h) all mineral rights, the property of the Crown, within the area of that portion of unsurveyed territory in the Province of Manitoba lying north of the northern extent of Township 94 shown in blue and described on the map in Schedule H as "Seal River Watershed - Manitoba Portion".
2 L'article 1 est modifié par adjonction, après l'alinéa g), de ce qui suit :
h) tous les droits miniers appartenant à la Couronne dans la partie du territoire non arpenté de la province du Manitoba qui est située au nord de la limite nord du township 94 et qui est indiquée en bleu et porte sur la carte figurant à l'annexe H la mention de « bassin hydrographique de la rivière Seal — partie du Manitoba ».
3 The following is added after section 1:

Repeal
1.1 This section and the following provisions are repealed on December 31, 2025:
(a) clause 1(h);
(b) Schedule H.
Abrogation

b) l'annexe H.
4 The Schedule to this regulation is added as Schedule H to the regulation.
