Manitoba Regulation 85/2014 amended

1 The Specialty Wine Stores Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 85/2014, is amended by this regulation.

Modification du R.M. 85/2014

1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les magasins de vins de spécialité, R.M. 85/2014.

2 The definition "operator" in section 1 is amended by striking out "The Liquor and Gaming Control Act" and substituting "The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Control Act".

2 La définition d'« exploitant » figurant à l'article 1 est modifiée par substitution, à « Loi sur la réglementation des alcools et des jeux », de « Loi sur la réglementation des alcools, des jeux et du cannabis ».

3 Section 2 is repealed.

3 L'article 2 est abrogé.

4(1) Subclause 4(2)(b) is repealed.

4(1) L'alinéa 4(2)b) est abrogé.

4(2) Subclauses 4(2)(c) to (f) are amended by striking out "distiller, wine maker or seller" and substituting "distiller or wine maker".

5 Subsection 5(1) is amended by striking out "The Liquor and Gaming Control Act" and substituting "The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Control Act".

6(1) Subsections 6(1) to (3) are repealed.

6(2) Subsections 6(4) and (5) are amended by striking out "The Liquor and Gaming Control Act" and substituting "The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Control Act".

7 Subsection 7(1) is amended by striking out "Despite subsection 6(1), an operator" and substituting "An operator".

7 Le paragraphe 7(1) est modifié par substitution, à « Malgré le paragraphe 6(1), tout exploitant », de « L'exploitant ».

Coming into force

8 This regulation comes into force on September 1, 2023.
