1 The Child and Family Services Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 16/99, is amended by this regulation.

1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les services à l'enfant et à la famille, R.M. 16/99.
2(1) Schedule A of the English version is amended by this section.
2(1) Le présent article modifie la version française de l'annexe A.
2(2) The list of forms is amended
(a) in the row respecting Form CFS-17, by striking out "CFS-18, CFS-19, CFS-20" and substituting "CFS-19, CFS-20"; and
(b) by striking out the row respecting Form CFS-18.
2(2) La liste des formules est modifiée par suppression :
a) dans la rangée concernant la formule CFS-17(F), de « CFS-18(F), »;
b) de la rangée concernant la formule CFS-18(F).
2(3) Form CFS-17 is amended by striking out "Backing for Forms CFS-18, CFS-19, and CFS-20" and substituting "Backing for Forms CFS-19 and CFS-20".
2(3) La formule CFS-17(F) est modifiée par suppression de « CFS-18(F), ».
2(4) Form CFS-18 is repealed.
2(4) La formule CFS-18(F) est abrogée.
