Manitoba Regulation 194/2013 amended
1 The Pharmaceutical (General Matters) Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 194/2013, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 194/2013
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les pharmacies (questions générales), R.M. 194/2013.
2 Section 2 of the English versions is amended
(a) by striking out "and" at the end of clause (a); and
(b) in clause (b), by striking out "pseudophedrine" and substituting "pseudoephedrine".
2 L'article 2 de la version anglaise est modifié :
a) par suppression de « and » à la fin de l'alinéa a);
b) dans l'alinéa b), par substitution, à « pseudophedrine », de « pseudoephedrine ».
3 Subsection 3(1) is amended by adding the following after clause (d):
(e) a registered psychiatric nurse authorized to practice registered psychiatric nursing in Manitoba or another Canadian province or territory;
(f) a podiatrist authorized to practice podiatry in Manitoba or another Canadian province or territory.
3(1) Le paragraphe 3(1) est modifié par adjonction, après l'alinéa d), de ce qui suit :
e) les infirmiers psychiatriques autorisés à exercer la profession d'infirmier psychiatrique au Manitoba ou dans une autre province ou un territoire du Canada;
f) les podiatres autorisés à exercer la profession de podiatre au Manitoba ou dans une autre province ou un territoire du Canada.
Coming into force
4 This regulation comes into force on March 31, 2023.
