1 The Reimbursement of Expenses (Universal Bodily Injury Compensation) Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 40/94, is amended by this regulation.

Definitions
1.1 The following definitions apply in this regulation.
"Act" means The Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation Act. (« Loi »)
"clinical assistant" has the same meaning as in the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba General Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 163/2018. (« assistant médical »)
"nurse practitioner" has the same meaning as in the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba General Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 114/2017. (« infirmière praticienne »)
"physician assistant" has the same meaning as in the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba General Regulation. (« auxiliaire médical »)

« assistant médical » S'entend au sens du Règlement général sur l'Ordre des médecins et chirurgiens du Manitoba, R.M. 163/2018. ("clinical assistant")

3 The following is added after subsection 10.1(5):

Annual adjustment
10.1(6) The maximum amount provided in subsection (2) shall be adjusted on April 1 of each year in accordance with sections 166 and 167 of the Act, which apply in respect of the adjustment with necessary changes.

10.1(6) Le plafond prévu au paragraphe (2) est rajusté le 1er avril de chaque année en conformité avec les articles 166 et 167 de la Loi, lesquels s'appliquent relativement au rajustement avec les adaptations nécessaires.
4(1) The following is added after subsection 43.7(2):

43.7(2.1) The maximum amount provided under subsection (2) shall be adjusted on April 1 of each year in accordance with sections 166 and 167 of the Act, which apply in respect of the adjustment with necessary changes.

4(2) Subsection 43.7(5) is amended by striking out "$50,000" and substituting "the maximum amount provided under subsection (2)".
