1 The Vehicle Use in Hunting Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 212/94, is amended by this regulation.

1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur l'utilisation de véhicules pour la chasse, R.M. 212/94.

2(1) Subsection 3(1) is amended

(a) in clause (a),

(i) by striking out "August 15" and substituting "August 14", and

(ii) in the English version, by striking out "game hunting areas 17A, 18, 26" and substituting "game hunting areas 17A, 18 and 26";

(b) in clause (b), by striking out "September 19 and October 16" and substituting "September 18 and October 15"; and

(c) in clause (c), by striking out "August 29 and September 18" and substituting "August 28 and September 17".

2(1) Le paragraphe 3(1) est modifié :

a) dans l'alinéa a) :

(i) par substitution, à « 15 août », de « 14 août »,

(ii) dans la version anglaise, par substitution, à « game hunting areas 17A, 18, 26 », de « game hunting areas 17A, 18 and 26 »;

b) dans l'alinéa b), par substitution, à « 19 septembre au 16 octobre », de « 18 septembre au 15 octobre »;

c) dans l'alinéa c), par substitution, à « 29 août au 18 septembre », de « 28 août au 17 septembre ».

2(2) Subsection 3(7) is amended by striking out "August 15" and substituting "August 14".

3 Subsection 4(1) is amended

(a) in clause (a), by striking out "August 15" and substituting "August 14";

(b) in clause (b), by striking out "August 15 to January 29" and substituting "August 14 to January 28"; and

(c) in clause (c), by striking out "August 15" and substituting "August 14".

3 Le paragraphe 4(1) est modifié :

a) dans l'alinéa a), par substitution, à « 15 août », de « 14 août »;

b) dans l'alinéa b), par substitution, à « 15 août au 29 janvier », de « 14 août au 28 janvier »;

c) dans l'alinéa c), par substitution, à « 15 août », de « 14 août ».
