On May 1, 2023, this site was updated to make it more accessible and easier to use.

The HTML version of the Act is now published in a new format that can be viewed in different ways:

• as an English-only version
• as a bilingual version
• as a French-only version

Look for the updated version of the Act in the list of private Acts.
