The C.A.C. Realty Limited Business Authorization Act

WHEREAS C.A.C. Realty Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the company") was incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario on January 31, 1962;
AND WHEREAS the company was a loan company within the meaning of The Companies Act;
AND WHEREAS the company, by its petition, prayed that it should be authorized to carry on business in Manitoba as a loan company;
AND WHEREAS its prayer was granted, and resulted in the enactment of An Act respecting C.A.C. Realty Limited, assented to May 6, 1963;
AND WHEREAS the Minister of Justice has caused the Act to be prepared in English and French for re-enactment in accordance with a judgment dated June 13, 1985 and an order dated November 4, 1985 of the Supreme Court of Canada;
THEREFORE HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:
Authority to carry on business continued
The authority of C.A.C. Realty Limited to carry on business in the Province of Manitoba is continued.
NOTE: This Act replaces S.M. 1963, c. 121.
