This Order is made under the Manitoba Processing Potato Marketing Plan Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 206/2006, and is Order No. 2, 2011 of Keystone Potato Producers Association.

Designation of designated processors

1   The board hereby designates each of the following regulated processors as a "designated processor" pursuant to section 20 of the Manitoba Processing Potato Marketing Plan Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 206/2006;

McCain Foods Limited

Simplot Canada Limited

Repeal

2   The Processing Potato Processor Designation Order, Manitoba Regulation 3/2007, is repealed.
