Manitoba Regulation 79/95 amended
1 The Hunting Dogs Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 79/95, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 79/95
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les chiens de chasse, R.M. 79/95.
2 The definition "dog training club" in section 1 of the English version is amended by striking out "residents of Manitoba" and substituting "Manitoba residents".
2 La définition de « dog training club » figurant à l'article 1 de la version anglaise est modifiée par substitution, à « residents of Manitoba », de « Manitoba residents ».
3 Clause 2(2)(a) of the English version is amended by striking out "resident of Manitoba" and substituting "Manitoba resident".
3 L'alinéa 2(2)a) de la version anglaise est modifié par substitution, à « resident of Manitoba », de « Manitoba resident ».
4 Subsection 3(1) is amended by striking out "no person who is not a resident of Manitoba shall bring" and substituting "a person who is not a Manitoba resident must not bring".
4 Le paragraphe 3(1) est modifié par substitution, à « non résidents », de « personnes qui ne sont pas résidents ».
Coming into force
5 This regulation comes into force on April 1, 2024.
