1 The Agricultural Producers' Organization Funding (Agency) Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 179/2000, is amended by this regulation.

2 Section 2 is amended by striking out "$262.50" and substituting "$275.63".

3 Section 9 is repealed.

4 The Schedule is amended

(a) by striking out "Cor Nine Commodities Ltd.";

(b) by striking out "Lyft Commodity Trading Ltd.";

(c) by striking out "McDougall Acres Ltd.";

(d) by striking out "Prairie Fava Ltd.";

(e) by striking out "Prairie Lakes Milling Inc."; and

(f) by striking out "Prairie Malt ULC".

5 This regulation comes into force on November 1, 2023.
