Manitoba Regulation 63/2014 amended

1   The Licensing and Appeals Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 63/2014, is amended by this regulation.

2(1)   Subsection 10(1) is replaced with the following:

Application fees

10(1)   A person applying for the following licences must include the applicable non-refundable application fee with their application:

(a) age-restricted liquor service licence

$1,000;

(b) general liquor service licence

$500;

(c) retail beer vendor licence

$500;

(d) manufacturer's licence

$500;

(e) sacramental wine vendor licence

$500.

2(2)   Subsection 10(3) is repealed.

3   Subsection 11(1) is replaced with the following:

Liquor service licence fees

11(1)   The following annual fees are payable for the liquor service licence indicated:

(a) age-restricted liquor service licence

$1,000;

(b) general liquor service licence

$500.

Coming into force

4   This regulation comes into force on the same day that The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Control Act, S.M. 2023, c. 6, comes into force.
