Manitoba Regulation 61/2014 amended

1   The Liquor Licensing Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 61/2014, is amended by this regulation.

2(1)   Clause 15(2)⁠(c) is amended by adding "valid" before "Secure Certificate of Indian Status".

2(2)   The following is added after clause 15(2)⁠(c):

(c.1) a valid NEXUS card;

(c.2) a valid Canadian Armed Forces identification card;

(c.3) a valid possession and acquisition licence issued under the Firearms Act (Canada);

(c.4) a valid Manitoba Metis Federation citizenship card;

3(1)   Clause 45(1)⁠(c) is amended by adding "valid" before "Secure Certificate of Indian Status".

3(2)   The following is added after clause 45(1)⁠(c):

(c.1) a valid NEXUS card;

(c.2) a valid Canadian Armed Forces identification card;

(c.3) a valid possession and acquisition licence issued under the Firearms Act (Canada);

(c.4) a valid Manitoba Metis Federation citizenship card;

Coming into force

4   This regulation comes into force on July 1, 2023.
