1 The Miscellaneous Provisions Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 64/2014, is amended by this regulation.

2 The following is added after clause 8.3(3)⁠(d):

(d.1) a valid NEXUS card;

(d.2) a valid Canadian Armed Forces identification card;

(d.3) a valid possession and acquisition licence issued under the Firearms Act (Canada);

(d.4) a valid Manitoba Metis Federation citizenship card;

3 This regulation comes into force on July 1, 2023.
