Manitoba Regulation 171/2001 amended
1 The Designation of Wildlife Lands Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 171/2001, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 171/2001
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur la désignation des territoires fauniques, R.M. 171/2001.
2(1) Subsection 6(15.1) is amended by striking out "Plan No. 20402" and substituting "Plan No. 20402A".
2(1) Le paragraphe 6(15.1) est modifié par substitution, à « plan no 20402 », de « plan no 20402A ».
2(2) Subection 6(52) is amended by striking out "and being the northeast quarter and that portion of the northwest quarter of Section 10 covered by the waters of Proven Lake" and substituting "and being the northeast quarter of Section 9, the north half of Section 10".
2(2) Le paragraphe 6(52) est modifié par substitution, à « le quart nord-est de la section 10 ainsi que la partie du quart nord-ouest de la section 10 submergée par les eaux du lac Proven », de « le quart nord-est de la section 9, la moitié nord de la section 10, ».
2(3) Subection 6(60) is amended by adding "; in Township 24, Range 3 West and being the northwest quarter of Section 6" at the end.
2(3) Le paragraphe 6(60) est modifié par adjonction, à la fin, de « ; dans le township 24, rang 3 ouest : le quart nord-ouest de la section 6 ».
2(4) Clause 6(77)(h) is amended
(a) by striking out "that portion of the southwest quarter of Section 27 west of the Assiniboine River,"; and
(b) by striking out "and the northwest quarter of Section 24" and substituting ", the northwest quarter of Section 24 and that portion of the southeast quarter of Section 24 east of the Assiniboine River".
2(4) L'alinéa 6(77)h) est modifié :
a) par suppression de « la partie du quart sud-ouest de la section 27 située à l'ouest de la rivière Assiniboine, »;
b) par substitution, à « ainsi que le quart nord-ouest de la section 24 », de « , le quart nord-ouest de la section 24 ainsi que la partie du quart sud-est de la section 24 située à l'est de la rivière Assiniboine ».
