Manitoba Regulation 109/89 amended

1 The Wholesale Milk Prices Order, Manitoba Regulation 109/89, is amended by this order.

2 Section 1 of Schedule A is replaced with the following:

Maximum wholesale prices

1 Maximum wholesale prices for sales to purchasers other than jobbers, consumers or restaurant operators of the following types of Class 1 milk in a one-litre container are as follows:

TYPE OF CLASS 1 MILK	MAXIMUM PRICE FOR A ONE-LITRE CONTAINER

Homogenized Milk	$1.89
2% Milk	$1.82
1% Milk	$1.76
Skim Milk	$1.72

Coming into force

3 This order comes into force on February 1, 2023.
