THE ADVANCED EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION AMENDMENT ACT

HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. A6.3 amended

1   The Advanced Education Administration Act is amended by this Act.

2   The definition "university" in section 1 is amended by striking out "and" at the end of clause (f), adding "and" at the end of clause (g) and adding the following after clause (g):

(h) Providence University College and Theological Seminary.

3   Subsection 2.2(9) is amended by adding "or Providence University College and Theological Seminary" at the end.

Coming into force

4   This Act comes into force on September 1, 2023.
