THE PUBLIC SERVICES SUSTAINABILITY REPEAL ACT

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

Repeal of unproclaimed Act

The Public Services Sustainability Act, S.M. 2017, c. 24, is repealed.

C.C.S.M. c. P264 amended

Subsection 2(2) of The Public Sector Executive Compensation Act is repealed.

S.M. 2021, c. 23 amended

Section 68 of The Conflict of Interest (Members and Ministers) and Related Amendments Act, S.M. 2021, c. 23, is repealed.

S.M. 2021, c. 11 amended

Section 4 of the Schedule to The Public Service Act, S.M. 2021, c. 11, is amended by striking out the entry for "The Public Services Sustainability Act".

Coming into force

5

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
