THE MUNICIPAL ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT ACT

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

The Municipal Assessment Act is amended by this Act.

Subsection 22(1) is amended by adding the following after clause (n):

(n.1) is used primarily by The Royal Canadian Legion or The Army, Navy and Air Force Veterans in Canada, to a maximum exemption of 0.81 hectare;

Clause 23(1)(f) is repealed.

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
