THE MANITOBA EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP FUND CORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

The Manitoba Employee Ownership Fund Corporation Act is amended by this Act.

Subsection 6(8) of the Schedule is repealed.

Section 25 of the French version is amended by striking out "Loi sur le Fonds de participation des travailleurs" and substituting "Loi constituant en corporation le Fonds de participation des travailleurs du Manitoba".

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
