AN ACT TO RATIFY A CERTAIN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DOMINION OF CANADA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PROVINCE OF MANITOBA

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:
Agreement ratified and confirmed
1 An agreement dated the 19th day of April, 1948, and made between the Government of the Dominion of Canada, represented therein by the Honourable James Angus MacKinnon, Acting Minister of Mines and Resources, of the first part and the Government of the Province of Manitoba, represented therein by the Honourable John Stewart McDiarmid, Minister of Mines and Natural Resources, of the second part, and set forth in the Schedule, is hereby approved, ratified, and confirmed.
