THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE AMENDMENT AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS ACT

(Assented to June 29, 1998)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. P275 amended

1(1)      The Public Trustee Act is amended by this section.

1(2)      Section 15 is repealed.

Consequential amendments, C.C.S.M. c. M110

2(1)      The Mental Health Act is amended by this section.

2(2)      Subsection 86(3) is repealed.

Coming into force

3         This Act is retroactive and is deemed to have come into force on April 1, 1996.
