THE TREASURY BRANCHES REPEAL ACT

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:
1 The Treasury Branches Act, R.S.M. 1988, c. T155, is repealed.
Coming into force
2 This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
