THE HUMAN RIGHTS CODE AMENDMENT ACT

(Assented to June 28, 1997)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. H175 amended

1          The Human Rights Code is amended by this Act.

2         Section 2 is amended

(a) in subsection (2), by striking out "13" and substituting "10"; and

(b) in subsection (4), by striking out "four" and substituting "three".

3         Section 3 is amended by striking out "13" and substituting "10".

Coming into force

4          This Act comes into force on October 3, 1997.
