THE PUBLIC HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT

(Assented to November 19, 1996)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. P210 amended

1         The Public Health Act   is amended by this Act.

2(1)      Subsection 33(1) is amended by striking out "$500." and substituting "$5,000."

2(2)      Subsection 33(3) is amended by striking out "$100." and substituting "$5,000."

2(3)      Subsection 33(4) is amended by striking out "$100." and substituting "$5,000."

3         Section 35 is repealed.

Coming into force

4         This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
