The Electoral Divisions Amendment Act

(Assented to June 26, 1989)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. E40, SCHEDULE rep. and sub.

1           The SCHEDULE to The Electoral Divisions Act is repealed and the following SCHEDULE is substituted:

PART I

Non-Winnipeg Divisions

ARTHUR-VIRDEN

Consisting of the territory described as follows:

Commencing at the intersection of the west boundary of Manitoba with the north limit of Township 12; thence easterly along said north limit of Township 12 to the east limit of Range 23 West of Principal Meridian; thence southerly along said east limit of Range 23 West of Principal Meridian to the north limit of Township 6; thence easterly along said north limit of Township 6 to the east limit of Range 22 West of Principal Meridian; thence southerly along said east limit of Range 22 West of Principal Meridian to the south boundary of Manitoba; thence westerly along said south boundary of Manitoba to the west boundary of Manitoba; thence northerly along said west boundary of Manitoba to the point of commencement.

Coming into force
