With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name November 7, 2011, as the day on which sections 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 of Schedule B and all of Schedules C, D and E of The Condominium Act and Amendments Respecting Condominium Conversions (Various Acts Amended) (S.M. 2011, c. 30) come into force.
Sur l'avis et avec le consentement du Conseil exécutif du Manitoba, nous fixons au 7 novembre 2011 la date d'entrée en vigueur des articles 2 à 5 et 7 à 10 de l'annexe B de la Loi sur les condominiums et modifications législatives en matière de conversion en condominium, c. 30 des L.M. 2011, ainsi que des annexes C, D et E de cette loi.
