With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name June 1, 2012, as the day on which sections 1 to 5, 13 to 55, 78, 79 and 81 to 89, clauses 91(1)(a) to (d) and (g) to (j), subsection 91(2) and sections 92 to 103 and 105 to 110 of The Police Services Act (S.M. 2009, c. 32) come into force.
Sur l'avis et avec le consentement du Conseil exécutif du Manitoba, nous fixons au 1er juin 2012 la date d'entrée en vigueur des articles 1 à 5, 13 à 55, 78, 79 et 81 à 89, des alinéas 91(1)a) à d) et g) à j), du paragraphe 91(2) et des articles 92 à 103 et 105 à 110 de la Loi sur les services de police, c. 32 des L.M. 2009.
