With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name September 1, 2022, as the day on which section 23 of The Consumer Protection Amendment Act (Cost of Credit Disclosure and Miscellaneous Amendments) (S.M. 2005, c. 16) comes into force.
