With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name November 28, 2011, as the day on which Part 2 of The Electronic Commerce and Information, Consumer Protection Amendment and Manitoba Evidence Amendment Act (S.M. 2000, c. 32) comes into force.
