WHEREAS the Minister of Justice has caused this Act to be prepared in English and French for re-enactment in accordance with a judgment dated June 13, 1985 and an order dated November 4, 1985 of the Supreme Court of Canada;

ATTENDU QUE le ministre de la Justice a fait rédiger la présente loi en français et en anglais en vue de sa réadoption en conformité avec un jugement et une ordonnance de la Cour suprême du Canada datés respectivement du 13 juin 1985 et du 4 novembre 1985;

THEREFORE HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

PAR CONSÉQUENT, SA MAJESTÉ, sur l'avis et du consentement de l'Assemblée législative du Manitoba, édicte :

Mileage allowance

1 Notwithstanding the provisions of The Municipal Act, the mayor and each member of the council of the town of Winnipeg Beach are entitled to receive a mileage allowance of 10 cents per mile one way, but not exceeding $5. for a meeting, for attending a regular meeting of the council and the board of revision from a place outside of the town.

Indemnité de déplacement

1 Par dérogation aux dispositions de la Loi sur les municipalités, le maire et tous les conseillers municipaux de la ville de Winnipeg Beach qui doivent venir de l'extérieur de la ville pour assister aux réunions ordinaires du conseil et du comité de révision ont droit à une indemnité de déplacement de 10 ¢ du mille pour l'aller seulement, jusqu'à concurrence de 5 $ par réunion.
